Secure Online TransactionsOn-line ticket sales are facilitated by SeatAdvisor Australia and are subject to their privacy and security policies. They can be viewed at www.seatadvisor.com.au/privacy Voting and Nomination GuidelinesVoting is restricted to one nomination and/or vote per category per person, as established by unique IP addresses. If the number of votes exceeds the number of unique visitors to the nomination and or voting pages, the number of unique visitors will be used as the maximum number of votes. The {also} Foundation shall have the right to void any vote that appears to be an automated or duplicate vote and/or any other "hack" deemed to be violating voting integrity or otherwise interfering with the administration of the vote. The {also} Foundation may also, in consultation with the official auditor, void any other vote(s) that it believes, in its sole discretion, are inaccurate and/or would improperly or unfairly distort the voting results for any reason. In the event of technical difficulties with the voting, The {also} Foundation reserves the right to review the votes for accuracy and to take any appropriate action, including, without limitation, voiding the votes cast during the time period in which such technical difficulties occurred. The {also} Foundation shall not be responsible for and shall not be liable for difficulties, failures, malfunctions or interruptions to networks or servers; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion or for any technical problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted. Awards Leadership PanelIn addition to the popular choice awards, a number of categories will be be awarded by a Community Leadership Panel. The panel comprises respected individuals who have demonstrated longstanding leadership, vision and service to our community. Appointments to this panel (including the chair) are at the sole discretion of the Board of Management. Furthermore, this panel shall also oversee the broader voting processes and where required, engage with the official auditor.
