Staff
In
working to achieve the goals of keeping administrative staff
costs to a minimal while at the same time striving to attain
good operational and service standards, ALSO employs minimal
but efficient staff.
All staff and office volunteers work exceptionally hard to
achieve the best results possible on behalf of ALSO and the
community we serve. Profiles of the ALSO staff are below.

Lyn Morgain
Chief Executive Officer
Lyn
has been an active member of the GLBTI community
for many decades. She comes to this role with
a background of leadership in the advocacy and not
for profit sector and she has lead a number
of membership based organisations including the ACT
Council of Social Service and YWCA of Australia.
More
recently she has held senior roles in local government.
Lyn has a deep regard for and commitment to the needs
and interests of our community and believe's ALSO
has a key role to play in developing and promoting
our diverse and vibrant community. |

Panozzo
ALL
SO Fabulous Shop Manager
No
stranger to the GLBT community Claude has a varied
background, from welfare, retail, customer service,
merchandising, marketing consultant in all facets
of the entertainment industry. His great love and
respect for the GLBT community, has seen him win
a multitude of awards, particularly in the last ten
years.
As Shop Manager for the ALL SO Fabulous Op shop, Claudes popularity, spirited
and professional attitude has already seen the shop go from strength to
strength. |

Gemma
Demarco
ALSO
Youth Services - Project Officer
Gemma
joined ALSO early this year as a Youth Ambassador
for the ALSORTS Youth Housing Project and later took
over as Youth Services Project Officer. Her responsibilities
include overview of the Same Sex Attracted and Transgender
Youth (SSATY) Housing project, assisting the Minus18
Committee and attending their underage events, and
her involvement with other youth services.
Face look familiar, well you may recognize her from places such as YGLAM Performing
Arts Project, the now ex-Melbourne Marching Girls', or as a 2006 Midsumma
volunteer. |

Zoe
Dunbar
Office
Manager & Volunteer Coordinator
Zoe
started with the organisation as the Office Manager/
Volunteer Coordinator in August. Zoe who given her
former role on the ALSO Board of Management will
need no introduction. Zoe has elected to contribute
her not inconsiderable skill and talent in the stakeholder,
partnership, event coordination and fundraising area
to the team. Zoe also brings experience in the volunteer
management arena to the operations of ALSO. We are
delighted to have her on board. |
