Board of Management
The Board has the collective responsibility
of stewardship and trusteeship on behalf of the members, to
ensure that the legal entity remains viable, relevant to its
purpose and the needs of the community and effective for the
future.
The Board ensures that the organisation has a secure and long-term
future by:
- Appointing and evaluating the performance of the chief
executive officer
- Establishing ALSO’s strategic direction and priorities
- Monitoring ALSO’s performance and evaluating strategic
results
- Defining key relationships between ALSO and it’s
stakeholders and other key individuals and organisations.
