The Centre Against Sexual Assault works with adult survivors of recent & past sexual assault. Services provided include counselling, support, information and advocacy regarding legal &/or medical options, as well as groups for victim survivors.
DirectLine is a free, confidential & anonymous service operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing telephone counselling, referral and information service for anyone wishing to discuss an alcohol or drug related issue.

Switchboard provides a free and confidential telephone counselling, referral and information service by trained lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender volunteers.
Monday to Thursday: 6-10pm, Wednesdays: 2-10pm,
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 6-9pm.

Northern CASA offers telephone and face to face counselling, support, information, referral, groups and advocacy to people who have experienced sexual assault. 24hr crisis care and medical attention also provided following a sexual assault. Free service.

The Syringe Disposal Helpline is a 24/7 support service for anyone in Victoria requiring assistance to locate an NSP’s (Needle & Syringe Program), Syringe Disposal Units, or Syringe Collection service for the removal of inappropriately discarded syringes or injecting equipment in the community.
Provides confidential counselling to individuals, couples or groups. For people affected by HIV/AIDS and the GLBTI community at 6 Claremont Street Sth Yarra. Duty worker is available 2-4pm weekdays. Sliding scale fee.
