History

{also} was originally established as the Alternative Life Styles Organisation in December 1980 and is now the largest broadly focused GLBTIQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, tramsgender, intersex and queer) philanthropic organization in Australia.

The Board has the collective responsibility of stewardship and trusteeship on behalf of the members, to ensure that the legal entity remains viable, relevant to its purpose and the needs of the GLBTIQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex & queer) community and effective for the future.
