The directions outlined in the {also} Strategic Plan 2011-2013 recognise the challenges and opportunities currently facing the organisation. If {also} is to play a leading role in the consolidation and growth of Victoria’s emerging GLBTIQ community sector, then it has to accommodate changes occurring both within and outside the GLBTIQ community.
